Helping my clients with probate issues - Part three

Helping clients with their probate cases is one of the most rewarding parts of my job as an attorney. My clients are grieving for the loss of their loved ones, and they are facing a process about which they are unfamiliar. It makes me happy to reduce some of the stress for them
Take the case of Suzy Simpson (not her real name). Her father died, and she needed help probating the will. I was glad that she asked for advice so that all of the proper legal steps would be taken to carry out her father’s final instructions.
My staff and I knew the questions to ask to get the facts we needed.  At every step of the way we were there to encourage and advise her.
For me, practicing law is a calling and a service. Helping Mrs. Simpson with her case was a real privilege.
